SOLIDEX BOUW B.V. was established in the Netherlands in 2026 by an experienced European construction team with a long track record in construction, residential renovation and infrastructure projects. Since 2025, our team has been active in the Dutch construction market.
The core team has worked together for many years, combining more than 25 years of professional construction experience. Our strength lies in the experience, skills and practical knowledge of the people behind every project.

We aim to hand over fully operational properties in which construction, building services and finishing have all been completed. Residential projects completed by our team in the Netherlands have been commissioned and are now successfully occupied.
SOLIDEX BOUW B.V. operates in the Netherlands as part of an experienced European construction structure. SIA BASCO Invest is our associated construction company in Latvia and part of this international structure.
More than 20 specialists already work in the Netherlands. When required, we can bring in experienced professionals and established crews from our European network. The team has experience in the Netherlands, Latvia, Germany, Austria, Sweden and Finland.
