Complete renovation and conversion planned for nine apartments; four apartments have been completed.

DELIVERY

Two floors have been fully renovated and replanned to create four new three-room apartments as part of the wider nine-apartment conversion. Electrical and low-voltage networks, water supply, drainage, ventilation and the fire-alarm system were replaced. The work also includes new windows and a new dormer extension.
