Complete renovation and conversion into nine student apartments.

DELIVERY

The building was fully renovated and converted to create nine separate student apartments. All engineering networks and technical systems were replaced, including electrical and low-voltage systems, water supply, drainage, ventilation and heating. The project also included technical equipment, partial façade renovation and construction of a new dormer extension.
